Made with 80% lean ground bison and 20% lean ground beef, and a few spices to make the flavour pop. Buffalo is a good source of protein and contains vitamins B-12 and B-6 and iron.

🇨🇦  These are made and supplied by Intercity Packers from Edmonton, which is the private label for Gordon Foods not available in any grocery store.

This ground bison buffalo burger is similar in texture to burger that is handmade in the kitchen and will retain its shape and moisture when cooked.

Storage / Cooking:

• Product comes frozen: for tips on how to store & thaw safely, read our blog HERE
• Cook burgers to at least 160°F. for safe consumption.
• Perfect for BBQs: Just thaw and press onto your grill and cook for 4 minutes per side
• Cooking via Air Fryer: Season with your favourite spices (we like steak spice!) and cook at 375°F for 15-18 minutes.
